I earned these shots. Man, it was cold. Amazingly, there were plenty of others braving the cold. The main viewing area had tripods lined up from one end to another. Unfortunately, the light was not all that great. The sun peaked out of the clouds only briefly.
Wow. Intense. Great pictures. How cold was it? What's the altitude there? Is the whole area on a high altitude plane or something? What natureal forces made all those things in the amphitheater? That's all sandstone?
ReplyDeleteWater and time. Bryce is at about 8,000 feet. A high plateau. On this morning it was around 32. I wish I brought my puffy. It would be the last really cold morning.
