Tivoli Bays

With all the snow we have had, I though it would be great to stop and get my snowshoes.  Originally I planned to go to Indian Head, but I figured that would take too much time.
Makes me angry this guy has gotten away with this

Tivoli Bays would make a great choice.  There appeared to be a good amount of snow accumulation.  It's also a lovely spot in the winter.  The wild rice and the snow make for an interesting contrast of colors.

A woman walked out towards Cruger Island with her dogs.  It's usually closed from January to the end of September.  I did not see any posted signs.  I walked out.  Her dogs came charging at me but seemed friendly.  She told me they like red jackets.  Aren't dogs color blind?

When I reached the railroad tracks I spotted a sign that Cruger is off limits from January through September.  Maybe they don't care if you walk out to the tracks.  Too bad, because Kruger is a great spot.
